If you're running a stall or talking about 350 it's really important to make it easy for people to get involved in the campaign - one of the simplest ways of doing this is having a signup sheet for people to right their email address on.

http://community.350.org.nz/forum/attachment/download?id=3868261%3A... is a template from the global team which you can use - if anyone has the capacity to edit pdfs and wants to knock off some of the fields we don't need then please do.

Once you have the details you should do two things
1) add them to the newsletter - you do this by typing in one email address at a time in the join form on the top right hand corner of www.350.org.nz - don't worry about duplicates, the email newsletter system is clever enough to figure that out.
2) invite them to the community (invite link in the top right box next to friends)

Josh is working on this -- the page for docs on here is a temp measure in the meantime :)

Hey josh,

With all these documents, perhaps we should have a important documents on the website?

Just an idea? I know you have a long list of website things... anyone to add.

The 350.org website has a similar one.
