I am very concerned about global warming and would like to see everyone do everything we can to mitigate it. That's as individuals, communities, interest groups, governments, everything. I sing and have cats.
Areas of Interest & Expertise
I am a librarian and work at PN City Library as head of community outreach. I am a Quaker and am working within that community. I have background and support for local food systems, and for local alternative energy systems.
Hi Jay, thanks for the add. :) The sing-along went great it was a stunner of a day here in Auckland too. We had a last minute change of performer/leader so considering that too it went fantastic. Big outside venue made it hard to actually here anyone singing though ha. I saw the Wellington Festival on the news and it looked awesome! Peace.

hello jay - unfortunately i didn't attend the flashmob (sshhh - don't tell anyone!)
your work at PN council libraraies must be a great way to connect the community on this topic. WWF have a kids project running to send a message to leaders in Copenhagen via making simple paper lanterns - might be interesting to you? check out wwf.org.nz
